About Sandra
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the U.S. universities, where I focused on subjects like English, History, and Film. I have been working as an ESL tutor for over 10 years, which included working with students all over the world and of different ages. My main focus is "stuck" students - those who have been learning for years but still do not see results. I know exactly how to help them see real growth.

My teaching method is immersion - what is that? Instead of switching to a different language or translating into your native language (easy), I will use English with you 100% of the lesson time, and always push you to use as much English as you can. That way, you get to practice listening and speaking during the entirety of the class, and are pushed out of your comfort zone, which is what we are trying to achieve. I can also help with pronunciation, accent reduction, and sounding more clear. I only teach students from A2 and up. I also only work with adult students. My lessons are about listening and speaking, so for strict grammar rules and test preparation, I might not be suitable.
