My lesson plans first focus on introduction, getting to know each other and ensuring that both parties are comfortable and ready to learn. The lessons would start off with acknowledging the learners struggles and where they need improvement. It would be ideal to start with the difficult or more challenging areas and progress with the less difficult area.
