A motivational and compassionate teacher that will monitor individual progress and make accommodations. With my elevated public speaking skills, I will be able to transmit lessons with ease. If essays are needed then plagiarism checkers will be utilized. Furthermore, I will leave individual comments on papers to assist in students' growth. Encouraging students one step at a time while assisting them in meeting their literary goals. If a student is struggling I will recommend them a book that they can read for free. This way they will learn to differentiate between good writing and bad writing. Lesson plans will be set up based on the individual needs of the student at that time.
