About Anri
I am currently a second year university student at NWU - Potchefstroom, studying computer science and Statistics. Some of my modules include Calculus, Linear Algebra and Statistics.
I have tutored people previously and have gotten excellent results. I presume it was because of my interactive teaching style and attention given to basics. This is usually where most students fall behind. A good foundation often leads to good marks and vise versa.

Teaching style
• Explain basics then give examples to see if students understand.
• Help correct errors and explain in a different way if previous way didn’t work.
• I analyze what work is the most problematic and focus on that.
Revision (for tests)
• Give sample questions and help students as soon as they struggle. This prevents time and energy waste.
• Summarize the work to help memory.
• Try to give summaries in a way that is easily understood and is neat.
Language
My first language is Afrikaans, but I am proficient in English. I am also currently studying in English.
Learning level
My aim is high school students, although I won’t mind teaching primary school students nor 1st year university students. I am currently a second year university student.
