Hi, I’m Si. I didn't come to meditation seeking enlightenment; I came to it seeking a way to manage the intense pressure of a demanding career without losing my edge.
For over 20 years, I operated in the exact environments you do today. . . Finance, media, and entrepreneurship. I know the adrenaline of the deal, the weight of the 14-hour days, and the silent, compounding cost of chronic stress.
Like many ambitious professionals, I viewed "downtime" as a weakness and stress as a fuel source. Eventually, that fuel ran out. My ability to maintain focus was fractured, my decision-making became reactive, and my resilience was running on fumes.
Meditation became my protocol for recovery. But as I deepened my practice, I realised it was much more than simply a tool for managing stress. It was a profound method for cognitive enhancement.
I teach meditation to bring these exact tools to other leaders. I stripped away the jargon and the dogma to focus entirely on what matters: evidence-based techniques that deliver measurable improvements. My philosophy is simple: empathy, creativity, and resilience are not fixed traits; they are trainable assets.
