About Somi
I am a committed flute tutor with 11 years of experience teaching students of different levels, from school to college. My journey in music has inspired me to help others discover their potential and develop their skills. I have guided many students in improving their performance and building confidence, which is one of my greatest achievements.
My teaching method is simple, practical, and easy to follow, focusing on basics like breathing techniques, rhythm, and finger control. I also create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to learn and grow. I believe that music plays an important role in personal development, and my aim is to make learning flute a positive and inspiring experience for every student.

My teaching methodology for flute is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I believe that learning flute should be a positive and inspiring journey for every student. I begin by understanding the student’s current level, learning speed, and personal goals so that I can design lessons that suit them well.
I motivate students by setting small, achievable goals and encouraging them regularly. This helps them stay confident and consistent in their practice. Communication plays an important role in my teaching, as I explain techniques like breathing control, finger placement, posture, and tone production in a simple and clear manner.
I always ensure that students understand each concept properly. With integrity, I guide students step by step and focus on building strong fundamentals. I provide honest feedback and help them improve patiently. Creativity helps me make lessons engaging by including songs, exercises, and interactive activities. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and listening skills to support complete musical development.
