About Emily
I am a highly experienced teacher in ESL and EAL. I’ve taught overseas and in Australia for many years.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma of Education from the University of Melbourne.
I enjoy teaching and I my expectations are that students try rather than succeed. As far as I am concerned trying is success enough as I’m trying there’s no fear of failure.

To begin with I carry out an individual pre-assessment and profiles to ascertain students’ level of proficiency and interests to cater for their curriculum and program.
After that, while the program is in progress I monitor outcomes on a regular basis to check for progres or lack of therein to adjust goals, aims or approach.
The program and outcome is regularly reviewed and adjust to accommodate students’ learning and optimise outcomes.
