About Justin

I have been a martial arts and health practitioner for over 40yrs my areas of expertise are Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Hung Gar Kung Fu and Wing Chun, Japanese Ju Jitsu, and Law Enforcement Techniques (Defensive Tactics). I also hold qualifications in tennis coaching and I have been playing since the age of 8yrs old, I have high level playing experience and coaching experience at beginner to advanced levels. I hold also qualifications in workplace training, security and investigations, sport coaching, and homeopathic medicine.

About the lesson

My methods of teaching are individual comprehension of the subject, meaning to say each person learns different and I adapt their understanding to the content.
