About Doug
I am a pleasant and easy-going father of three who is very comfortable working with children and I create a stress-free environment in which to study.
I realize mathematics can be very intimidating to some students, so I like to put them at ease and try to make the session as painless as possible and build confidence in the process.

I offer tutoring in math subjects ranging from algebra, geometry, trigonometry and pre-calc to college-level subjects like calculus and differential equations.
I typically tutor sessions ranging from one hour to 90 minutes, but am very flexible in scheduling.
My record with students has been tremendous, often raising students' success by a full letter grade or more.
