About Tim E
Patience is one of the most desirable attributes of a good teacher. Another is the ability to assess learners before, during, and after every session to understand their needs and determine the best way to communicate content. Based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory (Gardner, 1986), the ability to adapt and modify teaching strategies is also crucial. Coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I teach in an endearing manner that is better experienced than explained.
