About the lesson

Natalie -- passionate scholar of Classical Languages and culture. I am committed to providing enthusiastic and adaptive tutoring services to students of Ancient Latin. The skills of learning an ancient language are different from modern languages. I offer homework help, test prep, as well as practical skills training in how to become a better student or scholar, including knowing how and when to appropriately use online tools. My lessons prioritize understanding over memorization whenever possible. Because this is an individual-based service, lessons can be adapted to suit students of various learning styles and dis/abilities. My services are suitable for high school students, AP (Advanced Placement) students, IB (International Baccalaureate) students, undergraduate students, seminarians and Religious Studies graduate students. 1 hour tutoring sessions can be held online or in-person at the student’s home or in a local library.
