About Amber
Hi, I’m Amber! I’ve been passionate about coding since I was in primary school myself. What started as a fun hobby quickly grew into a skill I’ve loved developing over the past 10 years. That early start has given me a strong understanding of how young minds approach technology, which really helps when I’m teaching. I have experience teaching coding to kids both one-on-one and in small group settings, and I’ve seen just how quickly they can learn when lessons are clear, hands-on, and enjoyable. My background in both programming and teaching helps me explain tricky concepts in simple ways and keep students engaged and motivated. I love helping kids bring their ideas to life through basic game-making in Scratch, and I always aim to create a learning environment that feels fun, friendly, and full of encouragement.

I teach coding using Scratch, a fun and visual programming tool that’s perfect for beginners and younger learners. My lessons focus on helping primary school kids learn the basics of coding through interactive, step-by-step game design.
Each lesson runs for 60 minutes and includes guided activities, time to explore ideas, and space for students to ask questions and build confidence.
My lessons are designed for primary school children aged 5 to 12 who are new to coding or want to build on what they’ve started at school. No previous experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
