About Elamo
I am a Phd student focusing on the use of mobile technology in teaching and learning Mathematics. I taught Mathematics in high school for 22 years. During those years I also had an opportunity to teach Computer Applications Technology. In addition, I also lectured on part-time basis at university.

My teaching method focuses on student active engagement in the learning process. I believe that a learner's mind is not an empty vessel. Therefore, I prefer building new concepts from what the learners already know. In addition, I believe in motivation, thus I find it crucial to make learners aware of the real world application of new content.
