About Tshegofatso

Professional Profile BCom Human Resource Management graduate with experience in HR administration, recruitment, skills development, and online English teaching. Experienced in supporting learners through engaging, learner-centred teaching methods that build confidence, communication, vocabulary, pronunciation, and practical language skills. Previous experience as a Skills Development Facilitator at Goldfields TVET College developed strong training, facilitation, communication, and learner-support skills. About the lesson

I believe learning should feel comfortable, encouraging, and enjoyable. I want my students to feel that they can be themselves in my lessons, ask questions, make mistakes, and try again without feeling embarrassed. I take the time to understand what each student needs and what they want to achieve. My lessons are interactive, with lots of conversation, questions, practical examples, and fun activities. I want students to be involved rather than simply listening to me speak. For me, teaching is not only about getting the correct answer. It is also about building confidence. I love seeing a student go from “I’m not sure” to confidently expressing an idea or using something they have learned. I celebrate progress, even the small steps, and I always encourage my students to keep going. My goal is for every student to leave the lesson feeling more confident, motivated, and excited to continue learning.
