About Hadassah

Hello! My name is Hadassah Roberts. I am a certified TEFL English teacher. I am a native English speaker and I have been teaching English for over a year.

My nickname is Haddie and I love to teach, watch Kdrama, and bike. Currently, I am studying Elementary Education and I plan to teach abroad in the future.

Over the past two years I have been teaching English in Laos and teaching other curriculum in Thailand. Before that, I was a tutor for first, a private school and after, a public school.

During the past few years I have had the privilege to work with many wonderful students eager to learn and it has been to my great joy that these students have grown and flourished in their studies and in accomplishing their dreams.

About the lesson

Are you wanting to learn English or grow in your English speaking abilities? Go no farther! I have the same goal in mind for you and can help you to excel in your English language learning journey.

I have two types of classes that I offer for students wanting to learn English from Beginner to Intermediate Levels. The first being where you choose what you would like to learn and the other where I teach following a lesson plan that I create according to your current English level.

In the first plan I can help you with your homework or understanding material from your English class. I can assist you, so that you can achieve excellent grades in your English tests and learn your class material with the greatest ease and success. If you just want to practice speaking and not have a formal class, this is the perfect plan for that too.

The second plan is simply where I will asses your current English Speaking level and teach you from there. I will take you along a simple and safe journey introducing and teaching you new English vocabulary and grammar. I will assign you homework, quizzes and tests. We will do fun activities to help drill the new concepts and vocabulary into your mind, so that your learning is interesting and enjoyable. I will give you practice with writing and reading to ensure that you get a well-rounded class to help you to learn English.

Learning English is a special journey full of fun and surprises. It is my plan to help every student I teach to grow and flourish in their journey to fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening to English.
