About Isanna

I am a qualified English teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience, working with learners of all ages and professional backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have taught General English, Business English, IELTS preparation and English for Specific Purposes, helping students achieve their academic, professional and personal goals.

I believe that every student is unique. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my learners, understanding what motivates them and creating lessons that are engaging, practical and relevant to their lives. My teaching style is patient, supportive and encouraging, and I strive to build confidence as well as language skills.

I have a particular interest in working with adult learners and professionals, including those who need English for their careers. I am also passionate about lifelong learning and continuously expand my own knowledge through professional development, reading and exploring authentic materials. My aim is to make every lesson both enjoyable and worthwhile, helping students communicate confidently in real-life situations.

About the lesson

Every lesson is carefully tailored to your individual goals, interests and learning style. Whether you want to improve your general English, Business English, prepare for IELTS, or develop English for professional purposes, I will design a personalised learning plan to help you make steady progress.

I believe that language is best learnt through meaningful communication. That's why I use a wide range of authentic materials, including newspaper articles, podcasts, videos, TED Talks, workplace documents, legal and business texts, and other up-to-date resources relevant to your needs.

Lessons are delivered online in a friendly, supportive and interactive environment. I encourage students to speak with confidence, expand their vocabulary naturally and improve their fluency through engaging discussions and practical tasks. After each lesson, you will receive useful materials and personalised feedback to support your independent learning.

My aim is not only to help you improve your English, but also to give you the confidence to use it successfully in real-life, academic and professional situations.
