About Blyth
For the past 15 years, I have been fully committed to teaching Guitar with dedication and passion. I work with school students, college learners, and working professionals who come with different backgrounds and expectations. My teaching philosophy is simple but powerful — strong basics, regular practice, and steady improvement lead to long-term success.
I carefully design lessons that begin with understanding rhythm, chords, scales, and proper techniques. I make sure that students develop confidence before moving on to advanced skills like solo playing and improvisation. Many of my students have achieved recognition in school competitions, college festivals, and public performances. Some have even continued music as a serious career path.
I maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged and motivated. My goal is to help every learner build technical excellence, creativity, and confidence through guitar.

My Guitar teaching methodology focuses on building both technical skill and musical understanding through strong communication and adaptation. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and meaningful, so I connect every lesson to real-life musical situations. I first understand the student’s goals—whether they want to play for personal enjoyment, performances, worship, band practice, or songwriting—and then design lessons accordingly.
I adapt my teaching style to match their learning preferences, whether they are visual, auditory, or practical learners. Along with Guitar techniques, I include subjects such as Music Theory, Harmony, Rhythm Studies, Scale Practice, Ear Training, Improvisation, and Song Composition. I use real song analysis to show how professional musicians apply chords and scales in actual performances. Students begin with foundational skills like tuning, posture, rhythm control, and smooth chord transitions.
As they progress, they explore advanced strumming styles, fingerstyle techniques, solo playing, and creative expression. I also guide students in developing consistent practice habits and performance confidence. My aim is to create skilled guitarists who can not only play songs but also understand, create, and perform music confidently.
