About Daniele

I am a Brazilian Hatha Yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and teaching experience since 2016. I hold 588 hours of professional Yoga training and am certified by Yoga Alliance International as a Master Yoga Teacher. I also have training in Meditation and Yoga Therapy.

I am currently based in Canada and continue my studies in Vedanta, the traditional philosophy of self-knowledge. My teaching is grounded in simplicity, presence, respect and attentive guidance. I believe Yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience.

I teach with warmth and professionalism, creating a safe and welcoming space where each student can develop their own practice at their own pace.

About the lesson

I offer live, private Hatha Yoga classes online, with a personalized approach based on your needs, experience and current moment. Each 60-minute class combines traditional Yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and awareness.

My classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. I especially welcome women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves and develop greater presence and self-awareness.

With teaching experience since 2016, I offer attentive guidance and a welcoming approach, respecting each student's pace and individual needs.

Classes are offered in Portuguese.
