I know Will through rowing, and while I haven't had lessons with him personally, I know him to be incredibly caring, patient, and a great listener. He's positive, supportive and a real team player, and is genuinely admired by his teammates. I think he has all the right skills and personality to be a fantastic teacher and make people feel comfortable while learning.
