About Aaditya
The desire to tutor mainly comes from me knowing that mathematical ability is inherent in everyone and stems from having an understanding of certain concepts and tricks rather than it being an innate talent. I enjoy finding creative ways to connect new concepts to what students already know. Seeing a student approach a problem with curiosity and inventiveness, rather than fear, is deeply rewarding.

Maths becomes far more approachable when it is broken down into clear, logical steps. In my lessons, I prioritise understanding the core ideas before moving on to applying that knowledge.In each lesson, I combine clear explanations with worked examples, guided practice, and plenty of exam-style problems. This approach helps students to master both the how and the why of a method, so they develop genuine understanding rather than relying on rote learning. Over time, this builds independence and problem-solving skills that extend well beyond the classroom.
Lessons are typically one hour long and carefully structured: a short recap to consolidate prior learning, step-by-step teaching of new material, and focused practice with regular feedback. I end each session with a summary so students leave with clarity about what they’ve learned and what to work on next.
I support learners from KS1 through to GCSE and A-Level, tailoring each session to suit the student’s age, ability, and goals. Whether your child needs to secure a solid pass, push for the top grades, or simply build confidence in maths, I adjust my teaching to their pace and priorities.
I achieved top grades in A-Level Maths, Physics and Economics, and I bring previous tutoring experience across a wide range of abilities. This background allows me to adapt explanations for each individual and provide a calm, supportive environment where progress feels achievable. Parents often value not only the academic improvement but also the increase in confidence and motivation that comes with it.
