About Alina
I’ve been tutoring math and physics since 2013. I have a ton of experience with the material and, thanks to some great teachers along the way, I believe that with proper and supportive instruction any student can become comfortable with this material (and maybe even learn to like it)!

I lead my lessons in a way that inspires and empowers my students to think for themselves. Rather than just doing a problem myself (which ultimately helps no one), I’ll ask my students for their input and suggestions along the way, using guiding questions to point them in the right direction.
For online lessons, I use a tablet and share my screen with my students so they can see all steps of any solution. I’m always happy to clean up lesson notes and send PDFs to my students for reference after lessons.
