I am an educator with 25 years of experience, much in the high school math classroom. I have worked with struggling math students for most of my career. I use many different methods to help students understand content.

I base my methodology on understanding how the student learns (visual, aural, or physical learner for example) I also use Socratic questioning and practiced vocabulary as part of my teaching methodology. I allow students to struggle before giving them a clue. I relish in the errors made as that means we are closer to understanding.
