• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Mathematics has always been more than just a subject for me—it is a language of logic and patterns that explains the world. My interest developed during my school years when I realized that solving a difficult problem gave a sense of clarity and confidence. Over time, I pursued this passion further and started teaching, where I discovered my true strength lies in simplifying complex concepts and making students fall in love with maths.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My biggest motivation comes from my students. Seeing a student go from “I can’t do this” to “This is actually easy!” is incredibly rewarding. I also come from a background where education is seen as a powerful tool to transform life, and I want to be a part of that transformation for others.

• How does your work help society?

  I believe education builds confidence, discipline, and problem-solving skills. By teaching mathematics, I’m not just helping students pass exams, but also helping them develop logical thinking that they can apply in real life. Many of my students have improved not only academically but also in their overall confidence.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I admire teachers who focus on clarity and simplicity rather than complexity. A great teacher, in my opinion, is someone who can make even the toughest topic feel easy. I try to follow this philosophy in my teaching by breaking concepts into simple, understandable steps.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I enjoy learning new skills, exploring technology, and working on personal development. I am also deeply interested in spirituality and self-improvement practices, which help me stay focused and balanced in life.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One of my students once struggled heavily with basic algebra and had completely lost confidence. After a few sessions focused on fundamentals and mindset, the student not only improved but started enjoying the subject. Later, they scored significantly higher in exams and told me, “Math is no longer scary.” Moments like these remind me why I love teaching.
