About Mickaël

Having significant experience in teaching FLE to a wide variety of distance learners with Zoom, Google Meet and Google Classroom, and also face-to-face within different organizations and in several countries, I have learned to exploit optimally all the functionalities of these applications for course creation.

Also benefiting from experience in teaching FLE in schools, in universities and in a French alliance to an adult and adolescent audience in person and also online, I have acquired skills in classroom management and in the production of educational sequences for FLE courses, preparation for DELF A1, A2, B1 and B2, didactics, phonetics, reading, French culture and business French for learners ranging from level A1 to C1, and my experiences have taught me to understand what are the expectations and skills required of learners according to their level and their field of study.

Currently completing a Master's degree in Language Didactics, FLE/FLS course, the prospect of teaching constitutes a real motivation for me, because I have a real conviction in my work as a teacher which always allows me to be attentive and enrich everyone's experience, and I would be delighted to be able to work with learners who would be interested in studying with me.

About the lesson

Preferably using, as part of my online courses, applications such as Zoom or Google Meet, as well as course platforms such as Google Classroom, I can offer course sessions in different formats. The course and content of the courses can be adaptable according to the needs of the learner, depending for example on the need for the student to have to use a manual, or other very specific course support, or to want to work as a priority on their skills in written or oral production.

The first one-hour lesson is free, and each student is free to suggest a lesson that would suit their requirements.

My methodology, which was influenced by the action-based approach, and in particular by the neurolinguistic approach, favors a certain type of teaching, in order to promote the consolidation of knowledge, by having learners work on lessons linked to previous ones by example. Each lesson will obviously be organized according to the learner's preference and objectives.

I offer courses that are perfectly suitable for learners at levels A1 to C1 as part of their education (from middle school to university), for individuals of all ages who wish to work in French or FLE, and for students as part of training for university objectives (FOU). I can also develop courses for learners who would like to prepare for the DELF/DALF exams with the aim of obtaining certification in order to enroll in a French-speaking university or for other reasons.
