About Caela
I have a Bachelor degree in Chemistry and a Master in Teaching. I have four years experience teaching middle and high school students in science and math. I have experience teaching both the Common Core and the Next Generation Science Standards. Most of my teaching is based on modeling: showing students how to do something, walking them through it a couple times, then watching them do it themselves and giving feedback. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, guiding them to an answer rather than directly answering their questions. These methods tend to help students retain material better.
