I am looking to tutor students at a middle or high school level. At this age, students have often already become frustrated with their math instruction. To combat this, I try to break the content down into manageable and understandable pieces and then build from there. It's important that the student feels comfortable enough to explain their difficulties and problem areas. During our sessions, we can work on homework together, test prep, or anything else the student needs support with.
