About Peyton
I am a recent graduate from the University of Toronto. I graduated with a distinction and have a degree in Business Management and minors in Math and Applied Statistics.
I have been appointed by U of T as a Teaching Assistant since 2018 and I have taught over 12 courses in 3 different departments (Mathematics, Statistics, Management). I am also hired by Keenkiz Learning as a Mathematics Tutor.
I am now offering one-on-one or group tutoring (Online due to Covid-19) for high school Mathematics/Statistics/Business related courses.

Every student is unique. My teaching methodology is not perfectly identical with every student, but instead, I tailor the tutoring plan/schedule based on the student's needs. Most of the time, I approach the topic by explaining the basics, and doing multiple examples with the student to help them understand how to apply it, and I will guide them to do some similar problems. In this process, I will get a sense of what the student understands or still needs practice in. Then, I will do some clarification or extra problems (on the more difficult level) depending on the student's situation.
