About Joseph
One thing that makes me stand out is that, while I am still young and know the ins and outs of school, I have a decent amount of experience. I did a lot of unofficial tutoring in high school, but I stepped into my first tutoring role during my junior year of college. There I helped a student one year behind me in Anatomy and Physiology. I later went on to tutor classmates and friends in biology, physics, and chemistry.
I graduated with honors from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon with a double major in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. I am currently and Atheltic Trainer at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Helping students grow and dive deeply into their subject matter has always brought me joy, even in high school when helping friends with homework. While getting my bachelors degree I tutored several friends and underclassmen, and I enjoyed seeing them understand difficult concepts and seeing their grades rise.
