About Anya
I'm a current undergraduate student at the University of Chicago, majoring in biological sciences and pursuing a pre-med track. I graduated from Stuyvesant High School but during my time there, I worked at a tutoring company for elementary to high school students where I assisted in teaching subjects ranging from english to chemistry, although math is my strong suit.
My standarized testing scores:
- SAT: 1570 (800 for Math, 770 for English)
- MATH Level 2: 790
- Chemistry: 800
- Biology: 750
When I was younger, I had a tutor and I believe that it strongly made an impact on where I ended up today. It's my understanding that a strong education at a young age is important for shaping who we are in the future. That being said, I would love to play a role in molding the minds of the next generation, whether that be simply assisting with current school work or teaching new topics. I take my time with students, not to mention the time you pay with your own money, very seriously and will work hard to not let anyone down.
