About Phoebe
I graduated from Oxford Brookes University last year with a BA in History and Politics. My work was essay based and I continue to write articles for online platforms around current government policies around the world.
I have a significant amount of tutoring experience with students from age 10 up to age 17, which has been both in the UK and abroad. Lessons with previous students have ranged from teaching English as a new language to subject, essay and exam prep for A-Level exams.

My typical lessons last 1 hour and include prepped materials on the chosen subject, concentrating on issues the student finds the most difficult, with a practice on these topics towards the end of the lesson. I will occasionally give the student tasks to do in between lessons.
I take a more casual approach as I feel a friendly environment often works better with students to make them feel more comfortable, rather than a formal teacher - student style.
