About Heather
I'm an American girl with a passion for Thai food. After living in Malaysia and travelling to Thailand over the years, I decide in 2014 to take the plunge and attend culinary school in Thailand. I trained under a brilliant Chef, Roongfa Sringham at the Samui Institute of Thai Culinary Arts (SITCA), rated the #2 culinary Institute in Thailand (after Le Cordon Bleu).
Returning to the States, I began teaching, catering and delivering my food all around Loudoun county and beyond. Clients have brought me to Canada, Colorado and California to teach them this healthy, gluten-free style of whole foods cooking. I'm now a member of the chef's collaberative at ChefScape in Leesburg at The Village at Leesburg and teach in their teaching kitchen as well as at my clients homes.
