Hello Im Chris. Former College Basketball Player, Semi-Pro Football Player & Personal Trainer.
With over 20 years of combined game & training experience I look to help surpass your athletic goals. I will custom tailor a coaching plan to help you dominate the competition. I have trained & coached at all levels of experience from 5 year old flag football players to ESPN top 100 high schoolers to D1 PAC12 athletes. After meeting with a client I write down our personal goals. Perform a client assessment to know what our baseline starting point is. Form a rigorous training program for at home use when not with trainer. I like to see my clients 3 days per week but it is not mandatory for my services, I feel that gives the best active memory for maximum in game results. All training is position specific and customized for each athlete.
