About Chris
There is plenty of amazing coaches that share the same passion as me. I am truly honored to be in a position where I can spread my love and knowledge of Boxing. Assisting my clients in reaching there goals is my number one priority, inside and outside of the gym. I truly look forward to seeing my clients progress both physically and mentally. Whether you are a beginner/experienced, or whether you're looking for the fitness benefits or looking to compete, I can assist you on this journey. I will be there to motivate you every step of the way. I will educate you so you are not injuring yourself and make sure you are doing things correctly. And I will also hold you accountable to make sure you are reaching your goals and are pleased with your results.
The thing I most enjoy about the work I do is seeing my clients pleased with the progress they never thought they could do. It's like unlocking a new version of yourself. We all should be continuing to learn every day. I still learn something new every time I work with a client. No 2 people are the same and tailoring a program to fit your wants and needs are what pushes me, I love the challenge it brings.
When I first went to Highschool I weighed 260lbs. Didn't have any muscle or endurance what so ever. I saw the passion my gym teacher had in helping me reach my goals. She pushed me further than I could've ever gone. Since then the love for helping people reach there own goals has grown. I left Highschool weighing 160lbs.
I am currently a Trainer/ Assistant Mangaer at TITLE Boxing Club. I have been there since we first opened. I have been training people since I left Highschool. I have done many jobs but chose to follow my passion and pursue something that is close to my heart.

If you want to learn how to box, you learn from Chris. His years of personal experience combined with his passion for the sport make him the ideal trainer for boxers of any level.
Chris is incredibly knowledge and passionate about what he does. His passion for boxing and for teaching the art of boxing is quite infectious. Chris is great at motivating you to push yourself, but he is aware of when to do so without putting the client in a position they may injure themselves. I am learning and improving with every one of my sessions. My Thursday boxing session is a primary highlight of my week which I think is largely due to Chris’s teaching/coaching style and his enthusiasm.

Details
I give everyone a free one on one assessment to make sure this would be something you are looking for. After that it would depend on how often you would like to meet, and how long you would to meet. Pricing ranges from $50-$70/hr. I have an hour minimum, mainly cause I do not like rushing anything. I am huge on explaining each movement and the "whys" behind it, instead of just telling you to do something.
