About Jorge
Inner Fire Fitness is a private concierge fitness company that brings the Health and Wellness world to you. Focusing on holistic wholeness to develop each individual client's mental and physical state. Inner Fire Fitness helps clients’ to identify their goals and designs a customized holistic plan to help get them there. Empowering clients to realize that good health is already inside them, regardless of how deep down or hidden it might seem to be.
Helping clients to uncover their own best approach to each of the following categories is what I love about coaching. Inner Fire Fitness has worked hard to help clients from all over the world find unique strategies to optimize their health, wellness, and in turn their aesthetics. It gets me fired up to see our clients unlocking their own recipes to feeling better, performing better, and looking better by implementing the habits I'm sharing today, one at a time. They are synergistic and when aligned, will result in great sustainable health and fitness.
