About Darnell
I provide 1on1 and group setting training. We focus on developing a boxers footwork and confidence. We offer competition training for our more advanced fighters
Although I was around the gym when I was younger..I got involved in boxing full time once my son started to compete. From there I have learned under some of the top coaches in the city and started to develop my own program with another legendary coach.
I am a registered USA Boxing coach and have been around the sport for years. We compete in local and national competitions

It depends on what the students goals are. If they are looking to just get in better shape then I focus on conditioning and strengthen training. If the student is looking to compete then we take a different approach

Best part of my entire experience was the fact that he was very knowledgeable and patient with me with me. Coming from a martial artist background and mainly kicking to understanding how to change my body to use more of my punching ability and the small differences when it comes to boxing.
