I always find out what prospective clients goals are first of all- I also see what time frame they are considering to meet those goals. First contact is usually by email or phone and we meet if we both agree it's a good fit!
I have worked with people from 8 to 92 years old, women and men, who all wanted to get in better shape and have fun while doing it!
it helps to be comparable! If you want to succeed and your trainer fights as hard as you do for it, then it should be a good fit! Nothing thrills me to see my clients succeed!

Terry was my personal trainer in Miami for 5 years (3x per week). His way of training is not only fun and different but very well thought to accomplish exactly what you need for you body. I had never been in better dhape before!
Terry is very knowledgeable in many areas therefore his training can be very different all the time (i.e boxing, weights, TRX, etc.) My favorite day of training was boxing. When needed, he was also very helpful with a stretching technique he uses.
I totally recommend him! I wish he still lived in Miami.BEST trainer ever!! And believe me, I have tried many. Working out with Terry is FUN, he is versatile, and you get the best results!! I personally love Boxing, yes! He is also expert in Martial arts , plus he is nice, puntual and best vibe! you don't even need a big space! In a few weeks you will notice the difference!! . Look no more. He is THE trainer.
