About Dondrey
At Rainy City Athletics we are dedicated in helping our clients work towards reaching set fitness goals, & progressing to the next level. I am here to guide & motivate you to getting better everyday, that’s my passion. You don’t know what you can do until you try, in a comfortable non intimidating environment. I have experience training youth, teens & adults in sports such as boxing, basketball & football. I’ve trained youth & adult boxers in preparing for USA Boxing amateur competitions. I’m currently CPR/First Aid certified & USA Boxing certified as a trainer.

Perfect! Very personable, my “shy” child felt comfortable and enjoyed his teaching style. My teenage child with “attitude” actual said he was pretty cool!
He is also flexible with the schedule and location Which works for us especially having several children with different sports schedules and activities to get to.Perfect! This was my first experience boxing and it couldn't have been better! I felt supported and we worked through the basics to give me a good foundation. I can't wait for the next session!
