About Joe
I come from a Boxing culture and a good tradition . I was the only J.O. to make it on a Orthodox East coast Boxing Team called , The Thirty-fifth Street Warriors .
I get a sense of joy and fulfillment in helping people workout and learn about boxing . š„
Through out my training and development . I always was one to help people getting started . Sometimes instructing newcomers was required of me by my Coach , George Bonds .
I started learning boxing when I was eight years old . By time i was fourteen I was training in Norfolk VA with grown men . I completed for the Junior Olympics .

As far as a boxing workout goes . I start with enough stretching and calisthenics . I then proceed on to the physical form basics of boxing like the stance,the punches the Bob& weaving movements that work the body correctly
All skill and ability levels even under a World Champion .
I would ask them about their experience and compare the way they talk with other people in the professionĀ
The time I met recent U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Evander Holyfield and Mark Breland who judges at one of my teams Matches .

Perfect! Joe is awesome. Iām a very active person, but his workouts seriously are next level. We stayed at a great pace for beginners (the workouts still totally kicked my butt). After just one lesson, I was so confident about my boxing form and learned a lot about technique. I look forward to my upcoming lessons with the pro himself!

Joe is one of the best boxing trainers. He is very detailed in technique, pushes you hard.
Joe, is an excellent trainer. He really pushes you to the limits and as myself being a inexperienced boxer I walked away from his course feeling like a pro.
