For anyone who has no experience in combat sports and is looking to try Muay Thai then I cannot recommend the Hawks' Nest enough, the trainers are friendly and the classes are layed back. I go for the exercise but I stay for the community that they havce built at this gym.

Trainers accomadate for beginners while also taking care of advanced members. There's also a strong community vibe that tries to involve new members a lot.

Love the vibe, trainers and everyone are super friendly, and the workouts are always effective. A good mix of technique and fitness that always hits the spot and leaves you wanting for more! I only wish they also had clases on Wednesdays 😬

I was hesitant to join at first due to not having prior experience in contact sports but the trainers are very experienced making sure you get the most out of every class. Also, there's so much variety of classes that you can attend and the team is super friendly as well so just flick them a message and they'll be able to help. I couldn't recommend a better gym. Seriously 🙂

They are experienced and most importantly, the nest is largely welcoming! if you are hesitant to start a martial art cause it seems that its much beyond you, it is def not and hawks nest is the place to go.

I was always a bit sceptical of any boxing and never really enjoyed other martial arts, but from the first first time I tried Muay Thai and Hawks' Nest I just loved it.
Not only are the trainers incredibly knowledgable, but the warm, fun and friendly atmosphere completely makes it!

Hawks’ nest is a real good place to get fit and destress if you’re a uni student like me with tons of assignment. All 3 instructors have unique teaching styles which makes classes far from being repetitive
