About Sai Shradha Reddy
Do you feel anxious in your Chemistry class at school? Do you feel everything is going above your head? Do you wake up at night wishing you knew more about how atoms work? If you don't feel any of these things, then it's great, but if you do, it's fine too, really! I too was not exactly cupid about Chemistry back in high school, but currently I am pursuing my Doctorate in Chemistry! There is always a way to get over these problems and I am there to help you. I teach all levels of Chemistry online, from middle school to the advanced college level. I can help you get through the head-splitting questions, dense concepts and strange exceptions in the subject. I have tutored in-person extensively as a graduate student, so I can say that one way to understand something is by getting a good guidance. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions!

When working with a student, the most important aspect is to build a rapport and make the student comfortable. This means, making it easy for the student to share the problems he/she is facing with regards to the subject or any external factors. Instilling confidence in them before any tutoring begins is essential for their success. Then, we can work hand in hand to build a specialized plan of action. Next, we come up with a set of goals and ways to implement the plan of action in order to accomplish said results. The plan of action differs from indiviudual to individual. Each student/ person have their set of strengths and weaknesses, my effort will be to pull out those strengths so that they can overcome/dominate the weaknesses!
