About Lorraine Gria
I am currently a Chemistry professor in University of the Philippines Diliman. I teach general chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry. I acquired a SET (Students' Evaluation of Teachers) results of 1.25. I graduated Cum Laude with BS in Chemistry at University of the Philippines Diliman. I am a consistent University and College Scholar. I passed the Philippine Chemists' Licensure Examination in 2019. I acquired NMAT score of 99. I qualified for UP College of Medicine. I make complicated topics seems easy. I explain with basics and start to build up from there to solve complex problems.
Teaching and advocating for science is a very noble work. I enjoy seeing my students learn about my subject and start asking questions, these pave way for new learnings.

The background of student is very important. Assessment on what the student already knows is very important, it will pave a way into how I can I help my student and where I start my discussion. I also prioritize interaction and response from student if he/she can follow with the lesson. I adjust my pace to match with students' capabilities.
