This was the first time we had engaged the services of a private chef for a dinner party. From the initial request the communication and understanding of our requirements was exceptional. Chase is a very talented chef and his menu was outstanding. Chase enabled us to relax from the minute our guests arrived, professionally serving them with freshly cooked canapes and champagne and then expertly delivering the very fine 6 courses cooked by Chase to our table. The kitchen was left immaculate and we had no cleaning up to do, i will be using Chase’s services again and can highly recommend him to others. He also teaches cooking classes in person and remotely!
