About Guillermo
Online cooking instructor specialized in home cooking, my main goal is to inspire people to cook at home. I come from a chinese Venezuelan background and I have been in the restaurant business since I was born, so cooking for myself, my family and for the public has been my life. I help family to recreate their own dishes, and teach people how to program their food so nothing goes to trash and fresh food its always around. A great meal always starts with a great planning, and a great planning helps to improvise and discover new recepies.
I also hold a weekly cooking classes that is done live in facebook, this is a spanish cooking class and is done every Sunday at 2pm ET (New York)
I love fresh food and I love sharing my philosophy in food. Inspiring people to cook its my main reason of being. Online cooking classes are very effective. People can cook at home in their own cozy enviroment and better and healthier meal can be easely achive
