About Jacob
I love teaching my students just how simple cooking nourishing delicious meals can be at home - to me it's the greatest gift you can give someone.
Im a graduate of The International Culinary Center and have 5+ years of cooking/ restaurant experience.
I have a sports background so I've always coached but recently my friends wanted to learn some more techniques to up their cooking game so I started helping them - it was a great way to reconnect with my love of teaching.
I'm an Internstional Culinary Center alumni with over 5+ years experience in cooking/restaurants.

First we chat and talk about the 3 main things you want to learn in the kitchen - then Chef Jake creates the recipes and plan to get you on your way.
All kinds ranging from professional cooks to children who have never picked up a whisk.
Focus in on your goals and the tools you need to increase your potential in the kitchen - whether that be learning to make staples from scratch, preping for date night or scaling recipes to feed your growing family. Once you have identified these needs it won't be hard to find a trained chef to come help...I'm right here 🙋♂️ 👋
Teaching a pasta making class to a large corporate client over Zoom - we had over 25 participants and everything went off without a stitch! I prefer teaching in person but this was a cool experience.
