About Cesare
I have been mentoring young cooks, in my kitchen for years. I have learned that the high stress enviornment is not for everyone, so teaching outside of the kitchen in a more relaxed atmoshpere helps students learn at their own pace.
I am an Executive Chef/Owner of B2 Bistro in Red Bank NJ. I have been working in the culinary industry for 20+ years now. I graduated from the Culinary Instuitue of America in 2004 and worked my way up through the ranks.

Having a conversation about what they know, what they would like to learn, and how I can be of assistance in teaching them.
All types of students, from zero experience to middle level cooks and other executive chefs, i still consider myself a student as I am learning everyday as well.
They should really have a grasp on what they are looking to learn. Thew culinary field is full of differnet avenues, so make sure you are hiring a teacher that can help you in the avenues you are most interrested in.
I love the thrill of off premis events. I was able to join up with the Good Folks Supper Club for my secound time. Everything was planned out from the food to the space, the staffing etc. But lets be honest its the resturant bussinees and things happen and change at a moments notice, we had to change venues, went from having a kitchen to haveing no kitchen, figure this out with one day notice was intense but it was done the event went off without a hitch. Being put in those kinds of situations is always fun and exciting. It challeneges you mentally and physically, im always up for a good challenge.
