About Anna
I love collaborating with writers at any stage of their work, from planning content to proofreading final drafts, or poetry to college essays. Two years of tutoring undergraduate students and studying English educational pedagogy shaped my passion for helping writers improve and grow by identifying the areas of strength and building it up.
I am in my final semester of getting my English degree with a minor in Spanish. Courses include subject areas like creative writing; classic works like Shakespeare and Gilgamesh; how students learn in relation to literature and writing; how to write in spanish. Additional experience comes from working in my college writing center. Students of all backgrounds would come in asking about formating, organization, word choice, flow, etc.

I typically ask about how they are in order to understand more about their personality and style before asking about their current project or assignment. If a student has guidelines, that helps me visulaize the end goal before diving into the student's concerns.
I worked with undergraduate students working on anything from standard essays to medical research. I also helped younger students with reading and writing school work.
