About Lynn
I'm always pushing myself to learn and improve, both in methodology and subject knowledge. I listen closely for the student's goals, as well as their weak spots. I am good at encouraging students and helpig them to be more confident in their skills.
I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with students. Guiding students to recognize their own challenges and helping them to overcome obstacles is always rewarding. Every student thinks and learns differently.

During our first meeting, I interview the student about their learning needs. I assess their current proficiency level in the chosen subject and discuss their short term, mid-term and long term goals. We have casual conversation to learn a bit more about each other and our personalities.

Most have been non-native English speakers.
