About Kally
As a current masters student at Clemson University, I have the opportunity to tutor and teach hundreds of students yearly. In addition to producing my own graduate writing, I am a creative writer on the side. I have a passion for writing and helping students achieve their best. My degree is in communication studies. In addition, I am a Graduate Fellow for Clemson University within (WAC) Writing Across Curriculum. This is a university-wide graduate organization where a team of graduate students develop writing tools to teach writing across disciplines.
In addition to tutoring since I was in highschool, I am an instructor and tutor of speech and writing at the colliegate level. In addition to my undergraduate degrees in communication and criminal justice, I am currently pursuing a MA in communication. Through these degrees, in addition to my experiences in management and the public sector, I have had the opportunity to grow my skill set in writing and advisement.

First things first, I want to get to know my students. It's important that I understand the passions, interests and strengths of my student. I do not believe in weaknesses, I believe in areas of growth that are less strong than others. Therefore, I want to get to know the strengths of my students such that I can help guide those strengths to help build some areas of growth. In addition, it is important to me to know what the individual goals are for my students. If you want to get a C+, a C+ is your best work and that is your goal, I will help you get there! It is my desire to help my students achieve their goals, not pressure them to fit a specific model.
