About Aurora
I am a psychology major with an english minor at Lansing Community College. I have always been a tutor driven by a desire to help the student understand the course material beyond the scope of the class and syllabus. I am a knowledgeable tutor with three years of experience working with children. I am skilled at teaching study habits and breaking down complex concepts.
I enjoy working with children of all ages; I believe it can make a difference in a child's life to have someone to focus on their individual learning needs.

My typical process for working with new students includes evaluating their weaknesses and strengths using a placement quiz. Once I know what the student is struggling with, I introduce fun ways to master their weakness.
