I mainly just help others in my free time, I haven't tutored since high school.

I would start by getting know their general knowledge and what they need help with. I like to really start by hearing what they have to say in order to get a good idea on how to approach them.
Fellow students, younger classmates, and siblings.
The only thing I would suggest is to always believe that you are capable. You don't have to be an expert to be well-versed in a subject. Degrees don't and won't limit you if you strive for your heart's desire. I'm not done with college but, I've always had access to knowledge.
